Stayed here recently with a group of family and friends, had the top floor to ourselves with great views from a spacious balcony. Good, large and comfortable room with stocked fridge and tea making facilities. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Peaceful and convenient location. Huge and comfortable rooms. Close to the beach, market, and convenience stores. Good value for money. Nice swimming pool. Helpful and accommodating owner and staff. Great experience!

The location of the hotel was perfect - it was just a short walk away from the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I loved that the hotel had its own restaurant, pool, and sauna, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire stay.

That the water heater in my room didn't work, so I couldn't enjoy a hot shower. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

Unbeatable and peaceful location, just walking distance from Cosy Beach. There was a very clean pool and views of Sea and skyline. Staff was helpful, and I loved the owner.

This place exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect - away from the main beach but just a short walk to a small swimmable beach with a great beach restaurant. The swimming pool was nice and the view from our outside patio on the 4th floor was jaw-dropping, overlooking the city. We loved being within walking distance to the Water Park and the 'Skytower'. Even the walk to 'Walking Street' was enjoyable, but we opted for a Songthaew ride back for convenience. The accessibility to everything like the beach, restaurants, gym, and motorbike taxi was mind-blowing. The place itself felt like home with its own restaurant, pool, and sauna. The friendly staff made me feel comfortable staying alone. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back for another great stay!

Phratamnak Inn is a pleasant place to stay, with a location that is extremely close to the beach. The hotel is situated in a residential neighborhood, away from the main hustle and bustle of the city. It is conveniently near the night market, where you can find traditional Thai food restaurants, touristy restaurants, and other amenities such as laundry and massage places. The rooms are clean and spacious, and some even have a kitchen and living room area. The continental breakfast provided is opulent and delicious.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, and the staff seemed to lack proper training, as they were unable to help with unlocking safe lockers until the morning.

I had a pleasant six night stay at Phratamnak Inn. The location was great, just 100 meters from a beautiful beach, away from the noise and traffic of Pattaya. The small pool was a nice place to relax during the day, and the balcony outside my room provided a peaceful spot to unwind at night. The continental breakfast was opulent and delicious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel is in the process of improving the interior and bathroom, so it will be even better in the future. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

From start to finish - a very very good experience for two nights. Best possible setting, adjacent to cafe and other restaurants, 7 11, gym and motorbike taxi. Btw, located to the mall area's. Nicely equipped huge rooms with big lockers.

the building had beautiful architectural details, a pleasant courtyard, and a social atmosphere. it was a mix of hostel, budget, and boutique with budget prices and the friendliness of a hostel. the wifi, ac, and pool were great, and it was located near a nice beach and restaurants.

Receptionist had an unpleasant attitude.

All in all it was a very good stay for two nights. My apartment was great value and quiet near Pattaya and many nice restaurants. The setting was particularly good. Plus it was located close to beach😀❤

The beach at the end of the street was much nicer than the main beach in Pattaya, and there were always motorbike taxis available for transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful stay away from the hectic nightlife.

We had the best time with our friends. We took advantage of the water park access and had a blast going down all the slides. The 9-hole golf course was so much fun too, even though none of us were pros. And let's not forget the airport shuttle - it made getting to the hotel a breeze. it was a vacation full of excitement and adventures!

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene around the hotel. As young, party-going teenagers, we wanted to go out and have a great time in the evenings.
